• All international orders are charged in USD.
• Flat international shipping fee: USD 55 per order.
• Additional packaging or handling charges (from USD 30) may apply for oversized or fragile items.
• Order processing time: 10–15 business days.
• Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days after dispatch (indicative, not guaranteed).
• Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local levies are not included and must be paid by the customer.
• Products are handcrafted; natural variations in colour, texture, size, or finish are inherent and do not affect functionality.
• International orders are non-returnable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Payments are processed exclusively via Razorpay.

FULL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, PAYMENTS & TERMS POLICY

1. Introduction
   Haath Ka Bana is owned and operated by The India Art Investment Company Private Limited. This document governs international orders including shipping, payments, customs, returns, liability limitations, and dispute resolution. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights available to consumers under applicable laws, including EU and UK consumer protection regulations.
2. Shipping & Delivery
   We ship to most international destinations subject to courier serviceability and export regulations. A flat shipping fee of USD 55 applies. Additional charges may apply for special packaging. Processing time is 10–15 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates only. Haath Ka Bana shall not be liable for delays caused by customs authorities, logistics providers, or events beyond reasonable control.
3. Customs, Duties & Import Compliance
   Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with import regulations in their destination country. Any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Failure to pay such charges may result in non-delivery or return, for which Haath Ka Bana bears no liability.
4. Payments & Data Protection
   All international payments are processed exclusively through Razorpay. Haath Ka Bana does not store or process card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials. Payment data is handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5. Returns, Cancellations & Consumer Rights
   Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of products, international orders are generally non-returnable. However, where EU or UK consumer laws mandate a right of withdrawal, such rights shall apply, subject to statutory exclusions for handmade or customized goods. Customers must notify us in writing within the legally prescribed timeframe.
6. Product Characteristics
   All products are handcrafted and may exhibit minor variations. Such variations do not constitute defects or lack of conformity where the product otherwise performs its intended function.
7. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
   Payment disputes are handled through Razorpay’s dispute resolution framework. Chargebacks raised for reasons outside statutory consumer rights may be contested. This clause does not affect mandatory consumer remedies under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haath Ka Bana shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in this policy excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury where such exclusion is unlawful.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
   This policy is governed by the laws of India. For consumers resident in the EU or UK, this choice of law shall not deprive them of mandatory protections afforded by their local consumer laws. Jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Delhi, India, subject to such mandatory rights.

10. Policy Modifications
These policies may be updated at the discretion of The India Art Investment Company Private Limited. Material changes will apply prospectively and will not affect existing statutory consumer rights.
